Sandrine Moatty was born in 1975 in Paris, France. In her adolescence, she always have a passion for planning special occasions and events.
In 1994, she decided to do Alya to Israel and she studied in Jordan Valley Bar Ilan University a B.A of Geography and Tourism.
In 2007, she decided to learn in Open University in Haifa to be a Certified Events Planners and she graduated in success!
with her husband and three children, enjoys reading, travelling and also hosting her own party!
